Document intake
without the back-and-forth.
Invoices and purchase requests arrive in different formats. The planned workflow gathers key details, flags missing information and prepares a review queue.
Turn the documents, emails and requests scattered across your team into a clear path from intake to action.
We’re building Flowo for operations teams in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with AI to organize the work and people to approve what matters.
Try a sample workflow. All data is illustrative.
“Please order 12 monitors for our new workspace. We need a quote and an approval before purchasing.”
A person reviews the quote and budget before any order is placed.
For the work that happens
between your tools.
Start with one recurring process. Give the incoming information a structure, the next task an owner and the important decisions a review point.
Invoices and purchase requests arrive in different formats. The planned workflow gathers key details, flags missing information and prepares a review queue.
Long email threads make it hard to see what’s done and what’s blocked. Flowo’s roadmap includes concise handover summaries, action items and named owners.
Turn a new enquiry into a consistent intake checklist. The intended workflow captures context, identifies unanswered questions and drafts the next response for review.
These examples illustrate intended capabilities. Flowo is in development; live integrations are not available through this website.
AI is useful when it makes work easier to understand. Our focus is a repeatable process your team can inspect, correct and improve.
See the development roadmapPlanned document and email processing turns unstructured text into fields, summaries and open questions. Missing details should stay visible rather than silently becoming assumptions.
Example: flag a purchase request without a budget owner.Explain the trigger, required checks and desired outcome. Flowo is being designed to translate that description into a draft workflow the team can review.
Example: “Collect a quote, then route it to the approver.”Approval checkpoints are part of the product direction. Purchases, external communications and changes to business records should have an explicit review step.
Example: review a drafted client response before sending. Our roadmap includes task status, ownership and exception visibility. The aim is to help teams find delays and refine the process without losing the context behind a decision.
Example: identify requests waiting for missing documents. We’re inviting early conversations with teams who can describe a recurring problem. A focused workflow is a better starting point than trying to automate everything at once.
Describe the incoming request, the tools involved and who handles each step. Identify where work repeats or waits.
Agree on the required information, approval rules and actions that should always stay under human control.
Use anonymized sample information to review the proposed process, catch exceptions and refine the output.
Evaluate usefulness and reliability with the team. Plan any integrations and wider rollout only after that review.
The goal is to reduce coordination work while keeping your team in control. These principles guide how we’re designing Flowo.
Read our website privacy policyKeep explicit approval points for decisions that affect customers, spending or business records.
Surface incomplete information and ambiguous instructions so a person can resolve them.
Scope each pilot carefully. Do not send credentials or sensitive business files in an early access enquiry.
Flowo is an early-stage project based in Vietnam, focused on operations teams in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian market.
Teams often coordinate through a mixture of email, documents, spreadsheets and business applications. We’re building around those handoffs: understanding the request, organizing the information and making the next step clear.
Our planned use of Claude is as a reasoning engine for document understanding, workflow drafts and conversational instructions, with human review at important decision points.
Flowo is in development. This site explains the product direction and invites early access conversations. It does not offer a live automation account or production integrations yet.
Operations teams at small and mid-sized businesses, especially those coordinating recurring document, approval and handover processes. Our initial market focus is Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Initial integrations will be prioritized with early teams. Email, documents and spreadsheets are workflow inputs we’re exploring; specific app connectors and availability are not confirmed yet.
We plan to use Claude’s API to interpret business text, structure information and draft workflow steps. This is our planned architecture, not a claim that a production integration is already live.
Human review is central to the product direction. We intend to support explicit checkpoints for purchases, external messages and changes to business records. The exact controls will be defined and tested during development.
Pricing has not been announced. We’ll share scope, availability and any pricing before a paid service is offered. Contacting us through this website does not start a subscription.
Tell us what your team does, which repetitive process you want to improve, the tools involved and where the work gets delayed. A brief description is enough; please leave out passwords and confidential customer data.
Bring one recurring process. We’d like to understand what comes in, who needs to review it and what a useful next step looks like.
